Shipping Procedures

At Kullshi, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and this is why we take the utmost care to deliver your products straight to you as safely and fast as possible. Our shipping methods ease your everyday life, keeping your focus on your priorities and not on our logistics. Goods are shipped to our facility from the U.S, and Kullshi monitors your order from the point where it leaves our warehouse to when it is in your hands.

Shipping Rates

We have a flat shipping fee of AED 50 on all orders. However, if your order exceeds AED 1500, shipping is on us!

Order Tracking

You may view all updates to your order status as well as your package’s location at any time through Track Your Order. For any further assistance on your order status, you can contact Kullshi support at any time.

Changing or Cancelling

After you placed the order, your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to it.
Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Returns

Return is permitted within 7 days upon the receipt of the items. Items should be returned with original packing and original invoice.

Once we have received the return items, your refund credit note will be processed within 30 business days. You will be notified at the email address or the phone number listed on your account when your order was placed.

Cancellation Policies

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons.

Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) not available.
  • Difficulty in processing your payment information.
  • Cannot ship to address provided.
  • Duplicate order was placed.
  • Cancelled due to a customer request.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact Customer Care by e-mail for a recommendation.

Damaged / Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact customer care within 7 business days upon receipt of the item. Please have your Invoice number available when you contact customer care.

Availability

Stock and availability shown on this site is for your reference only. While we strive to maintain the most accurate and timely stock and availability information, availability information may become out of date and may change between the time you added an item to cart and the time your order is processed.

In rare cases, an item may go out of stock, or the number of units you ordered may not be available. In that case, we will contact you about how best to proceed.

Handling and Delivery

All our goods are inspected at customs by our appointed clearance agent, after which it is packed and handed over to a courier for final delivery. If any physical damage is found in the packaging upon delivery, please notify the deliverer immediately and you may return the package immediately.

Customs

Kullshi has the right to cancel any order, prior to charging the customer, if any of the items in an order are prohibited as per U.A.E. regulations.
